Following the completion of the Detailed Seismic Assessment and seismic retrofit options report, Novare were further engaged to implement the required strengthening.

Novare worked closely with the Palmerston North City Council to deliver a cost-effective, resilient solution for upgrading the digestor control room. Novare also provided construction monitoring for the project.
