Novare Design was engaged to work closely with Colliers Real Estate to assist with the assessment of a group of 5 buildings located at the Porirua Mega Centre, Porirua.

Our services included retrieval of building structural drawings from Porirua City Council archives, a visual inspection of the buildings and an Initial Seismic Assessment report (ISA) on each structure.

We were then engaged by Mega Properties Ltd to undertake a Detailed Seismic Assessment of the Stage 4 building and to provide a concept strengthening design.
