54 - 60 Cuba St consists of two Unreinforced Masonry Buildings constructed in the late 19th Century. Novare Design was engaged by the building owner to undertake a concept design to strengthen the building to meet 100% New Building Standards (NBS) taking into account the potential for future development involving the addition of two floors above the building footprint.
